Our Family Vacations Virtual RoadShow are five consecutive daily events, M - F, for three hours per day. The theme panel sessions do not change, only the attendees and Exhibitor “Pitch” & collateral material.

 

Each day draws travel advisor’s attendance, targeted by five geographical markets (in EDT, CDT, MDT, PDT, Canada) and sales specialty (family / multi-generational travel). The benefit is a more focused dialog based on the travel advisor’s physical location and sales specialty. Exhibitors can change out booth documents and staff as needed per day. 

We are limiting each RoadShow to ONLY 30 partners, creating high engagement and meaningful meetings. 

We showcase family specialists that are 100% guaranteed NEW leads and match them up for 1:1 meetings. 

We deliver all specialists that you engage with, complete with full contact and business intel and analytics.

SmartMatch is taCONNECT’s proprietary appointment-based technology that can identify an attendee that is not in the exhibitors travel advisor database, but who meets all the exhibitors targeted specialty interests. SmartMatch recommends the travel advisors to schedule visits or meetings at an exhibitors booth. SmartMatch also works for the Exhibitor’s booth staff, who will also see travel advisors that they should meet with as well. All meetings are NEW leads and are given to the exhibitors with very rich specializations and travel interest data. This is 100% ROI! 

ROADSHOW INCLUDES

Themed Sessions: There will be 6 themed panel sessions featuring 4-5 panelists each.

 

Trade Show:

  • Up to 30 Partner Exhibitor Booths.

  • Themed RoadShows are 5 days in a row, targeting 5 key markets (in EDT, CDT, MDT, PDT, Canada), M - F, 12pm - 3pm local time.

  • Engaging Content: Personalized Booth Set-up with Banners & Logos, Videos, Handouts, Press Releases, Brochures, Social Media.

  • Exhibitor Contacts can have 1:1 Meetings via CHAT or VIDEO and even set Scheduled Meetings (15-minutes) between 12pm - 6pm.

  • SmartMatch: Based on the attendees sales specialties, they are “Matched” to various Exhibitors for a recommended 1:1 Meeting. Exhibitors can use SmartMatch as well to request meetings.

  • Exhibitor receives detailed contact data and leads of attendees who enter their booth.

 

On-demand access after the live event is for 30 days.

Rainer Jenss brings a wealth of experience and expertise as the Founder of the Family Travel Association. Jenss has dedicated himself to be an advocate for family travel as an essential part of every child’s education. By creating the Family Travel Association, Jenss aimed to establish a collective and unified industry voice that will help change the way families travel – charting a path for the future generations of travelers the industry needs to cultivate.
 

In 2011, Rainer founded Smart Family Travel, a strategic marketing consultancy helping organizations target traveling families. In 2012, he joined forces with Scholastic to direct a new family travel initiative and content development for the “Smart Family Travel” feature in Parent & Child magazine.
 

Jenss continues to report on family travel for national travel and consumer media outlets and is a frequent speaker at travel conferences around the world. His writing and advice has also appeared in Global Traveler magazine, USA Today, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Business, The Science Christian Monitor, Real Simple, The Chicago Tribune, and ABC News.

Game / Prize Center is where attendees can see the “Attendee Leaderboard”.

$1,000 banner and includes scavenger hunt of sponsors logo. Attendees earn points when they click the sponsors logo that is hidden throughout the event. Sponsor must supply a FAM prize and there will be additional FAM prizes from other exhibitors.
